The Automatic Tag Looping Machine is designed for efficient and automated tag attachment. It supports automatic feeding, card/tag placement, and label looping. The system can be configured for single-card, double-card, or triple-card modes. It offers both fully automatic and semi-automatic (foot-pedal) operation, with adjustable speed control. A user-friendly touchscreen interface enables visualized control. One machine can replace the workload of three operators—simply place the product, press the switch, and the tagging process is completed automatically.

4. Main Specifications

1. Operating air pressure: ≤ 7 kg (0.7 MPa).
2. Operator training required before use; avoid fatigue operation.
3. Recommended tag hole diameter: > 4 mm.
4. Maintain spare consumables such as tagging gun needles, push pins, and built-in blades.
5.Air supply requirement: 8 mm air tube interface; output pressure ≥ 5.5 kg (0.55 MPa). Factory air source must exceed 0.55 MPa for stable operation.
6.Power supply: 220V, one three-prong socket.
7.Tools included: metric hex key set, small flat screwdriver (0.6 mm blade thickness, width < 4 mm).
8.Minimum workspace: 1.2 × 0.6 m for machine placement.
9.Blade adjustment: distance from first fastener line to roller blade surface ≈ 1 mm.
10.For longer tags, adjust the top edge to prevent tag tipping.
11.During operation, product surface must not exceed the needle upper level.
12.Lubrication: Apply oil to moving/rotating parts monthly or every 50 rolls of fasteners.
